1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Gradspace, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Gradspace is operated by Gradspace Ltd ("we", "us").

2. Who can use Gradspace

You must be 18 or over. Graduates must be genuine students or graduates. Practices must be real organisations with authority to recruit. One person or organisation, one account, with accurate information.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@gradspace.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. For graduates

5. For practices

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Gradspace to harass, discriminate, spam, scrape, post false or unlawful content, impersonate others, or undermine the platform's security. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload (your portfolio, profile, messages). You grant Gradspace a limited licence to display and share that content only as needed to run the service (for example, showing your profile to verified practices). You're responsible for having the rights to what you post.

8. Verification

We verify practices using reasonable checks (see our verification process), but a badge is an indicator, not a guarantee. Do your own due diligence before entering any employment relationship. Reply-rate and rating scores reflect past behaviour and may change.

9. No guarantees & limitation of liability

Gradspace connects graduates and practices; we don't employ anyone and we don't guarantee that you'll receive pitches, responses, or a job, or that any placement will succeed. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the conduct of other users or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms. On closure, your access ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version and, for material changes, let you know. Continuing to use Gradspace means you accept the update.
